The 2.0 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem. Expect roughly 727 full puffs from a charge at 6 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing. Delivery across Rio de Janeiro is typically two to four working days with tracked dispatch, and returns are straightforward within the standard window.
Worth noting that the Q-Plus takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below. For gift buyers, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge. We would pair the Hcigar Akso with a 80:20 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably. The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 80:20 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly. Pricing in Rio de Janeiro shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current BRL rates rather than a fixed list price.
The Ocean Teal finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily. Two things to check before ordering: the USB-C socket on the base and whether the 0.8 Ω mesh coil is the newer generation. Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Melon Cucumber: fresh, light, described as clean cucumber under sweet melon. On a 80:20 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.8 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Rio de Janeiro
Availability in Rio de Janeiro is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.8 Ω mesh and the USB-C are both in stock before committing, and check that the Q-Plus matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and BRL rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
